patience;preparation

welcome and share with me the syndicated poem below and allow a bit of encouragement out of the blues, infinite of origin and destination.
sometimes life seems hard to bear,
full of sorrow,troubles and woes
it,s then i gave to remember ,
that it,s in the valleys i grow,.
if i always stayed on the mountain tops and never experienced pain,
i would never appreciate love.
because its in the valleys i grow,
i have so much to learn
and my growth is very slow,
sometimes i need the montain tops
but its inthe valley i grow,
forgive me for complaining
when i ,m feeling so low.just give me a gentle remeinder
that its in the valley i grow
for this one thing i know
the mountain tops are glorious
but its in the valley i grow.
when the late jim rohn ,the great american philosopher was asked how he became sucessful while many of his friends did not,he said
the answer is simple i found it easy to set the goals that could change my life ,i found it easy to read the books that could affect my
thinking and my ideas.they found that easy not to do ,i find it easy to attend the seminars and classes and to get around  other sucessful people
,they said it probably wouldnt matter,if i had to sum it up,i would say what i found to be easy to do they found it not to be easy, six years later i am a millionaire and they were still blaming the economy
the government and company policies ,yet neglected to do theh basic things.amazing indeed basic reason for the failure of many in life is refusal to daily do
the small basic things that they know are good, sucess for a man or human is not an impossibility stop looking for big secrets or big revealations for sucess, the keys are around you
when it comes to life dont be too sophisticated, like in recent times i have decided to call myself the master of small, small.
anybody familiar with the history of abrahiam lincoln of the united statesof america knows that he failed more than 14times of trying,he eventually became the president of america in 1862
