you may think it unfair  but its actually fairer than you believe,if you tell people or share your personal thoughts with people,they will shy away,and quite rightly so-we all hate being preached at,ita a bit likewhen you giving up smoke and suddenly find this new and healthier way of living an you simply have toconvert all your old smoking friends,trouble is they are not ready to quit yet and you find they label you as smug or a prig or even worse,an ex-smoker and how we all hate those,so a rule i,ll say out of this is the same as the first i have said,dont preach,propagate,try to convert ,shout from the rooftops or even mention this,you will get a warm glow from changing your attitude to life and having people ask what is it you have done,are doing and you can say that its nothing,merely a sunny day and you feel better,happier,livelier,jollier,whatever,
